Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you would only have downloaded no more than two websites only. If more, then each website download after will cost £100. If you have exceeded 5 downloads, refunds will not be given.
Refunds
Once requests have been sent, allow for up to 5 business days for the process to be completed.
An email within 48 hours will inform you of the status of your request. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund status via email.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
Due to the nature of product, exchanges are not possible.
